Miriam Wiggins, PA-C spent over two decades as a surgical physician assistant in orthopedics — scrubbing in, assisting procedures, and spending 12-hour shifts in conditions that ranged from freezing cold to physically exhausting.

She wore every underscrub she could find. None of them worked.

They bunched under her scrub top. They had nowhere secure to put her badge, cash or keys. They trapped heat or offered no warmth at all. And not one of them had been designed by someone who had actually worn them through a 12-hour OR day.

So she built what she needed.

The Stash & Go® pocket came from a simple frustration: there was no secure place to keep small essentials during a procedure. Miriam designed a patented zippered chest pocket — the size of an iPhone — that keeps your badge, keys, AirPods, and cards at your chest, accessible and secure, all shift long.

BreatheFlex® fabric came from years of wearing base layers that either trapped heat or felt like wearing cardboard. The proprietary nylon-spandex blend she developed moves with you in four directions, wicks moisture, and stays lightweight enough that you forget you're wearing it.
